Daniel Whitley

The 18-year old Ferndale, California native Daniel Whitley made his midget debut with the POWRi National Series in Oklahoma. In his first night with the team, Whitley won his heat race. Whitley comes from a background of sprint car racing and outlaw karts in California.

Daniel ran alongside Logan Seavey in the 2022 USAC Western Swing in the Forecheck Marketing #57. Whitley drove well and locked into the 81st Turkey Night Grand Prix feature. He gained valuable experience in a midget, where he had little time racing before.

Whitley has extensive experience in 410 and 360 wingless sprint cars in California, having won 7 times this year along with a history of track championships and rookie honors in 2021. He also locked into the feature at the 2022 Perris Auto Speedway Oval Nationals in the 3F sprint car.
